These policies cover all aspects of placing an order, payment, production, shipping, and returns for MzJesca custom braided wigs.
1. Payment Policy & Options We offer flexible payment options to secure your custom wig order:
- 50% Initial Deposit: Secure your order and start the production process with a deposit of 50% of the total cost. The remaining 50% must be paid in full upon the completion of your wig, before shipping.
- Full Upfront Payment: Alternatively, you may choose to pay the entire price in full when placing your order.
- Note: Production only begins after the initial deposit or full payment has been successfully received.
2. Order & Production Timeline
- Standard Production Time: The standard timeline is two (2) weeks from the date your payment is confirmed.
- Current Queue: If there are existing orders, your two-week production window will begin immediately after the completion of the current order in the queue. You will be clearly notified of your confirmed start and estimated completion/shipping dates upon payment.
- Express Order (Rush Fee): Need your wig sooner? We offer an Express Order option to skip the production queue. This service is subject to an additional, non-refundable charge, which will be disclosed to you at the time of inquiry.
3. Shipping & Delivery Policy
- The client is responsible for all shipping and delivery charges from Accra, Ghana.
- Upon completion of your wig, we will provide you with a list of available domestic and international couriers and their corresponding rates. You will be responsible for selecting your preferred shipping service and covering the full cost. Tracking details will be shared once dispatched.
4. Returns & Cancellation Policy
- Custom-Made: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges as each wig is custom-made to your specific requirements (style, color, length, size).
- Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of placing your order and paying the deposit. After 48 hours, production may have already begun, and your deposit will be non-refundable.
