What makes MzJesca wigs "custom-made"?
Our wigs are custom-made because they are built specifically to your order. You choose the style, color, length, and cap size. They are hand-braided after your order is placed by the MzJesca team.
How long will it take to receive my custom wig?
The standard production time is two (2) weeks from the date your initial payment is confirmed.
Do you offer a rush order option?
Yes, we offer an Express Order service to skip the production queue for an additional, non-refundable charge.
What are my payment options?
You can pay a 50% initial deposit (remainder due upon completion) or pay the full price upfront.x cz
Who pays for shipping and delivery?
The client is responsible for all shipping and delivery costs. We ship from Accra, Ghana.
How do I choose the correct size for my custom wig?
We will guide you on how to take the necessary head measurements during the ordering process via WhatsApp.
Can I return or exchange my custom-made wig?
No, all sales are final. Due to the custom, hygienic, and labor-intensive nature of our products.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel and receive a full refund if you notify us within 48 hours of placing the order. After 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.
